- ECG will be checked, if patient needs angiography, he/she will be sent to a hospital with cath lab facilities

- Patients not needing angiography will be treated by special medications which dissolve clot Remember, heart attacks are caused by sudden clot formation inside the arteries supplying blood to the heart.
