The Obstetrics and Gynaecology department cares for women’s diseases from girlhood, childbearing age, and right up to menopause and old age... These branches at Neelima hospitals offer a State- of- the- art tertiary care to its patients. This branch of Medical science not only deals with the diseases of the female genital tract but also deals with the normal physiology and sexual development of a girl into a woman, then a childbearing woman and later old age. The transition period of a girl into a woman is called Adolescent period.
